The Palace Theatre and the Albany Parking Authority have announced free parking in the Quackenbush Square Garage, one block from the Palace at Broadway and Orange Streets.
The garage opens two hours prior to each event and closes two hours after. Present your Palace ticket for free entry.

Is this going to be available for the Monday night movies as well? If so, would I still have to have my ticket in order to park in the garage? I usually don’t pick up my movie ticket until I am on my way in.

Hi Jason, I spoke with Michael Klein, executive director of the Albany Parking Authority, and he said that the parking is available on the Monday nights for those attending the movie and that all you have to do is show your ticket stub upon exiting the parking garage. Hope that helps.
